Membership is open to the Shreveport-Bossier area.

Membership fees are $25.00 per month for a single or $40.00 per month for a family.

Calvary Church Members have a free membership.

Learn how to properly use the weight equipment and how much exercise you should be doing in these 30 minute Weight Room Orientations. To register, sign-up at the control center in the Family Life Center. Only 6 participants per class and classes begin on time, so please be punctual.

October 1st at 8:00am, 27th at 5:00pm

November 3rd at 8:00am, 17th at 5:30pm

December 1st at 8:00am, 15th at 5:30pm

To register for membership at the Family Life Center, please print each of the documents below and take them to the Calvary FLC office, or fax them to 318-687-4925.
